K-ETA 2025 เปลี่ยนอะไรบ้าง?
สรุปสั้น ๆ ปีนี้มี 3 จุดหลักที่ต่างจากเดิม หนึ่งคือมี ระบบสมัครสมาชิก ให้ล็อกอินเข้ามาจัดการข้อมูลได้ง่ายขึ้น (จะสมัครหรือไม่ก็ได้ ไม่บังคับ) สองคือมี คำถามเพิ่มขึ้น เช่น ประวัติอาชญากรรม ประวัติการเปลี่ยนชื่อ และการขอบัญชีโซเชียลมีเดีย และสามคือต้องกรอก กำหนดการเดินทาง ให้ครบ ทั้งวันเข้า–ออก และ หมายเลขเที่ยวบินขาออกจากเกาหลี เพื่อยืนยันว่าคุณจะเดินทางกลับจริง ๆ
สมัครสมาชิกเว็บ K-ETA (ทางเลือก แต่แนะนำสำหรับคนไปบ่อย)
เข้าเว็บไซต์ทางการ www.k-eta.go.kr แล้วมองหาเมนู “ลงทะเบียน/สมัครสมาชิก” การสมัครสมาชิกก็เหมือนสมัครสมาชิกเว็บทั่วไป ประโยชน์คือครั้งหน้าคุณล็อกอินเข้ามาแก้ไข/อัปเดตข้อมูลและติดตามผลได้ง่าย ขั้นตอนคือเลือกประเภทบัญชี (สมัครเพื่อตัวเองและผู้ร่วมเดินทาง) กดยินยอมข้อกำหนดและ PDPA ยืนยันว่าอายุ 14 ปีขึ้นไป จากนั้นตั้ง ID เป็นอีเมลที่ใช้งานจริง ระบบจะส่งรหัสยืนยันไปที่อีเมล (มีเวลาราว 5 นาที) ตั้งรหัสผ่านตามเงื่อนไข (มีตัวอักษร ตัวเลข อักขระพิเศษ ความยาว 8–16 ตัว) แล้วอัปโหลดหน้าพาสปอร์ต แนะนำให้ใช้ไฟล์สแกนเพื่อความคมชัด ระบบจะดึงข้อมูลมาให้อัตโนมัติ ตรวจสอบให้ถูกต้องแล้วกดสมัครสมาชิก
ขั้นตอนลงทะเบียน K-ETA
ไม่ว่าจะสมัครสมาชิกหรือไม่ ขั้นตอนคล้ายกัน กดปุ่ม “ลงทะเบียน” ตั้งแต่หน้าแรก ระบบจะพาเข้าสู่ขั้นตอน เริ่มจาก
(1) ยอมรับข้อตกลง และยืนยันอายุ 14 ปีขึ้นไป
(2) กรอกอีเมล แล้วนำรหัสยืนยัน 6 หลักจากอีเมลมากรอก
(3) กรอกข้อมูลหนังสือเดินทาง โดยอัปโหลดหน้าพาสปอร์ตที่คมชัด (หรือกดกู้คืนข้อมูลจาก K-ETA เดิมได้) จากนั้นเป็น
ข้อมูลการเดินทาง ได้แก่ วัตถุประสงค์ (เช่น ท่องเที่ยว เดินทางเดี่ยว) ที่พัก (คัดลอกที่อยู่จาก Agoda/Booking ได้ ใส่ไทย/อังกฤษ) เบอร์ติดต่อ
วันเดินทางเข้า–ออก จุดที่ต้องระวังคือ “วันเดินทางเข้า” ให้กรอกวันที่เครื่องแลนด์ที่เกาหลีจริง ไม่ใช่วันที่บินออกจากไทย
และปีนี้ต้องกรอก หมายเลขเที่ยวบินขาออกจากเกาหลี เพิ่มด้วย
ต่อมาเป็น ข้อมูลส่วนตัว ทั้งอาชีพ เบอร์โทร (รหัสประเทศ 66 ไม่ต้องใส่ 0 นำหน้า) ประวัติการเยือนเกาหลี การถือหลายสัญชาติ คำถามด้านสุขภาพ/โรคติดเชื้อ
และของใหม่ปี 2025 คือ ประวัติอาชญากรรม สถานที่เกิด (เป็นจังหวัดให้ตรงกับพาสปอร์ต) ที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน และ ประวัติการเปลี่ยนชื่อ รวมถึงข้อมูลคนรู้จักในเกาหลี (ถ้ามี ใช้เป็น reference) และผู้ร่วมเดินทาง
ส่วน ข้อมูลการทำงาน ให้กรอกชื่อบริษัทและเบอร์ที่ทำงาน (เป็นแหล่งอ้างอิง) ประวัติการละเมิดกฎหมายในเกาหลี (ข้อนี้สำคัญมากในการพิจารณา) รายได้ต่อเดือน (คิดเป็น USD)
และของใหม่ปีนี้คือ บัญชีโซเชียลมีเดีย ซึ่งจะให้หรือไม่ก็ได้ แต่ถ้าให้จะช่วยเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือ
รูปถ่าย จุดที่คนพลาดบ่อยที่สุด
หลายคนสมัครไม่ผ่านเพราะรูปถ่าย! รูปที่ใช้ต้องเป็น หน้าตรง มองกล้อง เห็นใบหน้าชัดเจน พื้นหลังสีขาว ครอปขนาดให้พอดี ไฟล์ไม่เกิน 20MB ห้ามใส่หมวก แว่น หรือเครื่องประดับที่บังใบหน้า ถ้าเห็นหูและเปิดหน้าผากได้จะยิ่งดี ถ้ารูปโอเคแล้วก็กดเพิ่มได้เลย
ชำระเงินและรอผล
เมื่อตรวจข้อมูลครบถ้วน กดบันทึกแบบฟอร์มและกด Make Payment ระบบจะให้กรอกบัตรเครดิตเพื่อตัดค่าธรรมเนียม (เลือกตัดเป็นเงินบาทได้ ราว 283 บาท) กด Agree to all terms แล้วยืนยันด้วย OTP จากนั้นระบบจะใช้เวลาพิจารณา ไม่เกิน 72 ชั่วโมง แล้วส่งอีเมลหัวข้อ “Notification of results” ถ้าขึ้นว่า Your K-ETA application has been approved แปลว่าผ่านแล้ว ซื้อตั๋วเครื่องบินได้เลย แต่ย้ำว่า K-ETA ที่อนุมัติ ไม่ได้การันตีว่าจะเข้าประเทศได้ 100% เพราะยังต้องผ่านด่านตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (ตม.) อีกครั้ง
อัปเดตข้อมูลการเดินทาง (สำหรับคนที่มี K-ETA อยู่แล้ว)
ถ้า K-ETA ของคุณยังไม่หมดอายุ ไม่ต้องสมัครใหม่ แค่เข้าไป อัปเดตข้อมูลการเดินทาง ก่อนออกเดินทาง ค้นหาด้วยเลขพาสปอร์ต + วันเกิด + (หมายเลขลงทะเบียนจากอีเมล หรือวันหมดอายุพาสปอร์ต) แล้วแก้วัตถุประสงค์ ที่อยู่ที่พักใหม่ เบอร์ติดต่อ วันเดินทางเข้า–ออก และหมายเลขเที่ยวบินขาออกให้ตรงกับทริปใหม่

Many applications are rejected over the photo. It must be front-facing, looking at the camera, with a clearly visible face and a white background, cropped to size, under 20MB. No hats, glasses, or accessories that cover the face; showing your ears and forehead helps. If it looks right, just add it.
Payment and results
Once everything checks out, save the form and hit Make Payment. Enter your credit card for the fee (you can charge in Thai baht, about 283 THB), agree to all terms, and confirm with OTP.
